The core team from HMS has been managing TVE for JTC since 2007. Staff of HMS have been involved in JTC land reclamation project at Tuas View Extension area (TVE) since 2007, managing sand supply via flat top barges and bulk carriers at APRT-1/2/3/4 Deposition Areas and Jurong Island, to the deployment of self-propelled pelican barges in 2026.
